High-Precision Custom Waterjet Cutting System Deployed to Armenia's Manufacturing Sector
We are pleased to announce the shipment of our industrial custom waterjet cutting system to a strategic partner in Yerevan, Armenia. This turnkey solution features 60,000 PSI ultra-high pressure technology capable of precision-cutting metals (up to 300mm thickness), granite, and aerospace composites with ±0.02mm tolerance – significantly enhancing Armenia's industrial fabrication capabilities for complex components.
The custom waterjet cutting equipment will enable our Armenia-based client to:
Process high-mix/low-volume production batches with agile programming
Achieve smooth edge finishes without heat-affected zones (HAZ)
Optimize material utilization through AI-assisted nesting software
Including localized operator training and 24/7 remote technical support, this project underscores our commitment to delivering precision custom waterjet solutions to the Caucasus region. Future upgrades for robotic integration can be implemented onsite to expand large-part processing capacity.
