Cutting Head Attribute FAQ

The system utilizes intelligent CNC controller kinematics. By knowing the precise thickness and speed vectors, the head micro-tilts the nozzle (up to 45° or 60°) away from the waste scrap trajectory, shifting the natural V-shaped cutting taper entirely onto the discard material to achieve mathematically vertical structural walls.
The mechanical assembly is housed inside an IP65 rated structural shield with specialized multi-lipped elastomer seals. Positive air purge pressure can be introduced inside the head matrix to repel aggressive vapor moisture and rogue garnet particles completely from high-precision harmonic gears.
